By default if you create a calendar entry and you mark this entry as “Private” and schedule either a room or a resource the entry in the resource reservation database has no private mark and the subject still is displayed.

This can be customized by putting the following entry in the NOTES.INI of the server:

RNR_MAKE_TOPIC_PRIVATE=1

After putting this NOTES.INI setting and a server restart any new reservation marked as private will be shown with the following subject:
