Today I had the issue that a user could not successfully complete the initial setup of HCL Nomad Web. The user always received the following error message:
Afterwards I checked the result of the LDAP request for the home server which looked fine and the Domino Server also was available. So what could cause this error message ??
CAUSE: the user was moved to another mail server some days ago !!
The issue could be solved by removing the user account from the HCL SafeLinx environment. Afterwards the initial configuration of HCL Nomad Web worked and the setup finished without any problems.
