I had the issue, that a customer didn´t want the embedded address book ( via DA ) to be available for the mail addressing from the mobile devices about Notes Traveler.

With the NOTES.INI entry “NTS_LOOKUP_ENFORCE_ACL=1” on the Notes Traveler server and the corresponding modification of the ACL on the embedded address book on the home/mail server of the user ( setting the Notes Traveler server to “No Access” ) the address book coming from DA will no longer be available for mail adressing for mobile devices.

By default this entry is set to “0”.
