With releases before V14.0 FP2 and enabled internet locking based on IP addresses in the configuration document there’s the problem that e.g. your HCL Sametime Server is locked out in the inetlockout.nsf because of wrong logins via LDAP.

With 14.0FP2 and V14.5 there’s a new notes.ini setting which will prevent this:

ldap_use_http_trusted_ip_list_for_lockout_exemption=1

In combination with adding e.g. the IP address of your Sametime Server in the HTTP section of the Domino Web Server

and restarting the LDAP server the IP address of the Sametime Server is no longer locked out.
