After installing KB5055523 ( a Windows update ) on Windows 11 clients there could be a problem when starting HCL Notes V12.x !!
There´s an official KB article of HCL which recommends either not to install this patch or to uninstall it.
It´s not sure if V14 also is affected but I would suggest not to install the patch.

I have Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.3775, Notes 14 FP4 (All-Client), installed the update, rebooted and I still can start the Notes client.
