I had the customer request to set a specific database on the HCL Nomad Mobile clients when opening HCL Nomad.
If you also have this request you can use the free ( for HCL Nomad ! ) panagenda Marvel Client to get this issue solved. Here are the single steps:
Open the MarvelClient configuration database.

Then select the corresponding platform:

Just let Tablet, Phone, iOS and Android active
Finally create the necessary NOTES.INI setting:
Value: StartupDBName

Use the following format for the database:
server!!databasename.nsf
After a short time you can open your HCL Nomad Mobile Client and will see that the database from the newly created setting is opened by default.
