A customer told me that he is having the issue that the content of a document is “jumping” around from time to time.
He could only see this issue on workstations having MS Office installed directly from O365 and e.g. not on workstations having MS Office installed by ISO.
After opening a case at HCL I received the following hint: adding the following NOTES.INI entry on the affected client should handle this problem:
IgnoreGroupPolicyUpdate=1
We’ll deliver this settings to the clients with the Desktop settings and see if this solves our problem.
Still testing, but I think you have solved on of our biggest headaches with Notes. We’ve had the jittery/jumping screen for years. I even opened a support ticket with HCL. HCL never provided a direct solution though.
Thanks! (crossing my fingers [wishing for good luck])

Hi, not sure if this is the same but I’ve noticed the contents of a form can judder when scrolling. It’s most noticeable in edit mode and it is particularly noticeable for a Rich Text Lite field set for attachments only. The attachment icon jumps about above and below where it should be relative to the field.
The Notes.ini setting above made no difference.
I’m using FP 9.0.1 FP10 SHF463
Tried with 12 Beta and get the same issue but not as pronounced. Although this was a different PC.
