Accessing IBM Connections Content Manager Libraries from Windows Desktop


As long as the Connections Plugin for Windows does not support the feature to access the CCM Libraries, however it´s possible to access the libraries on the IBM CCM from the Windows Explorer.

Simply install the ( hold your seats ) “IBM Lotus Quickr Connector”, which can be
downloaded on IBM Fix Central, and add your IBM Connections Link ( e.g.
https://connections.company.com ) as server and voila:

All your Libraries are displayed.

You have all options you had in IBM Lotus Quickr, like creating folders, moving files, check in/check out, versioning, …
