How to check httpd.conf on IBM HTTP Server on Windows

Today I had some troubles with getting an IHS up and running. On Linux
there´s a tool where you can check the configuration file.

On Windows it quite simple:

=> Open a command line windows
=> Change to the IHS\bin folder
=> run httpd.exe

Then the problem in your configuration file will be shown ( for example => “character ‘e’ in line 12…” ) and
you can easily correct the issue.

How to stop the HTTP Server afterwards ??
=> Simply by pressing CTRL-C multiple times
