"Problem Steps Recorder" inside Windows

Today I had the request to collect all the steps a user is doing to be sure, that the user doesn´t make any mistakes.

I found the so called “Problems Steps Recorder” – a tool, I never saw before. With this tool you easily can record all the action and all single steps are saved in a single ZIP, which you can upload or send by mail.

The advantage of this tool is, that all the steps are inside the ZIP and are explained very well.

To start this tool >> simply click on “Start”, enter psr.exe and start the recording. A full description can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/22878/windows-10-record-steps
