Today I had the request to collect all the steps a user is doing to be sure, that the user doesn´t make any mistakes.
I found the so called “Problems Steps Recorder” – a tool, I never saw before. With this tool you easily can record all the action and all single steps are saved in a single ZIP, which you can upload or send by mail.
The advantage of this tool is, that all the steps are inside the ZIP and are explained very well.
